Walter Burley Griffin’s design for the capital city of Canberra birthed the inspiration behind
Constitution Place. The magnificent design stands as a 12-level precinct, prompting the construct of Government and Commercial offices, as well as dining and retail. The precinct is a landmark building, redefining worklife balance bringing indoor and outdoor spaces to seamlessly blend. With stunning lake views, a light-filled floor plan, this space enhances productivity. Getting to and from made convenient with public transport nearby, as well as providing a large parking lot.

ensure we meet any deadlines. The builder,
Construction Control won the job, with Ish and Sons completing the application. The contractor, Ish & Sons have proven marvellous work as well as encouraging the use of
Tremco CPG products throughout this project. Tremco committed to providing regular site visits in the form of
Observation Reports through the construction period.

Vulkem 360NF/951NF system for the vast areas of plant rooms, with
TREMproof 200EC
used as a base primer. Below grade level, we used
Paraseal LG on lift pits and retaining walls. Ish and Sons
utilized
TREMproof 250GC as the premium product for application to large planter boxes and under walkways.
