Paraseal Paraterm bar is an aluminium alloy especially formulated to exhibit excellent holding power. The high strength assures bowless installation when installed per the pre-drilled holes.

Usage/Purpose

Paraseal Paraterm bar is used in conjunction with Tremco’s Paraseal waterproof membrane to form an impervious waterproof system. It is used to mechanically fix and seal the perimeter termination of the Paraseal waterproof system against the structure.
When fastened through the pre-drilled holes, Paraterm bar provides a tight and straight pressure seal, as well as providing sufficient sealant troughs and drip edges for suitable water ingress protection.
